When he is not on the water or behind a computer, Ryan is usually in his wood shop working on everything from epoxy river tables to custom laser engraving projects.

Captain Chris has been navigating the waters for over 10 years, sharing his passion for boating and the great outdoors with every guest he meets. His love for being on the water is what drew him to life as a captain, and it’s something you’ll feel the moment you step aboard. Known for his laid-back style and scenic routes, Captain Chris offers stress-free boat tours filled with good vibes, great music, and unforgettable sunset views. One of his favorite parts of the job? Watching the sunset while chasing pods of dolphins—a magical combination that never gets old. When he’s not at the helm, you’ll likely find Chris deep in the national forest, either biking rugged trails or kicking up mud in his Jeep. Whether on land or water, he’s always chasing adventure—and loves bringing others along for the ride.

I have lived in Destin since the age of 3, and developed a deep love for the Ocean through family boating trips and a young start working on the fishing charter boats in Destin. That progressed into working in the private boat industry and traveling the Caribbean fishing, Cruising and entertaining the rich and famous. I’ve since dedicated my career to sharing my passion, offering diverse services from Yacht deliveries maintenance and cruising trips in Destin. While Captain Al has been visiting and living in the Destin area for the past 43 years, he has captained and navigated the waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the Eastern Seaboard of the United States, the Caribbean Sea, and all throughout the Bahamas. Captain Al knows the best local places to eat and drink and his legendary stories of Destin date back to the ’80s and ’90s.

Captain Matt is a seasoned seafarer and maritime expert. As the founder of Destin Private Yachts and Tiki International, he has etched his name as a prominent figure in the industry. Holding a Master Captains License, Matt’s journey as a boat owner and operator spans 35 years. His experience on vessels range from 26′ open fishing boats to 75′ motoryachts, showcasing his versatility and profound understanding of watercraft.

Captain Amber is a U.S. Coast Guard–licensed Master Captain who earned her captain’s license in 2020 and brings over a decade of experience in the boating industry. A Destin-area native, she has extensive knowledge of the local waters, weather patterns, and marine conditions. Known for her calm leadership and strong attention to safety, Captain Amber has built lasting relationships with returning customers, many of whom seek her out year after year for her professionalism, reliability, and welcoming approach. She is committed to delivering memorable experiences on the water while upholding the highest standards of seamanship and customer service.
